On behalf of the Organising Committee, we are pleased to invite the scientific community to attend the 5th European Conference on Pesticides and Related Organic Micropollutants in the Environment and the 11th Symposium on Chemistry and Fate of Modern Pesticides, which will be held in Marseille (France), from October, 22nd-25th 2008.
The aims of this congress are to:
- Provide a communication forum for the exchange of knowledge and technology among scientists interested in Pesticides, Micropollutants, Environment and Food.
- To foster collaboration among scientists, engineers, industries, education
- To enhance the image of Environmental sciences
These events are supported by the "European-Mediterranean Association for Environmental Education Assessment and Protection" and the "International Association of Environmental Analytical Chemistry".
The congress will be organised in five sessions, with plenary lectures given by outstanding scientists. The programme will include keynotes, invited lectures, oral and posters communications selected on the basis of abstract selection. After the conference, a special issue in the International Journal of Environmental Analytical Chemistry will be provided for publication which will be peer-reviewed following the conventional rules of this journal. |
